ELIGIBILITY
Articles purchased online or in-store are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery or purchase.
Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
Items must be present in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Fragrances are not eligible for exchange or return.
You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
An exchange request can be initiated via romanmiral22@gmail.com or by calling +92(0)334-0117111 within 30 days of order delivery.
Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
Romi's Fashion will arrange a doorstep pick-up of the item(s).
Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.
If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online.
Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Fragrances are not eligible for exchange.
IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
